We do not assign that classification lightly: it requires several independent characteristics to coincide, such as a missing or demonstrably invented legal notice, a commercial register entry that does not match the company named on the site, a domain only weeks old behind a supposedly long-established business, advance bank transfer as the only payment method, or a hit on a public consumer warning list. What was decisive in each individual case is set out on the respective result page. If you have already ordered from one of the shops listed here, act quickly: contact your bank or payment provider and ask about a chargeback, secure the order confirmation, the payment receipt and screenshots of the site, and file a report with the police. Consumer advice centres offer free guidance on the next steps. Do not hand over any further data, not even if the shop later contacts you about an alleged customs or shipping fee.
